I am trying to cut off 3 sec from my time, any suggestions?

You should try to improve your dive. Or your arm strength.
push harder, try the day before with drag (putting on extra clothes and swiming ) when u take of the drag it makes u feel the differnce in ur swimming, try pefecting ur flip turns and have a reaallly nice dive!....hope i could help!
