I would do your best and give it all you got when you are practicing. Just pay attention to your coach and listen to what he says. Mak everything count and stride for your goals!

I agree with Emma. Give it your all, do your best, go out and have fun. You can learn anything from anybody. My biggest help was going to YouTube and typing in what I was looking for. I also tried to do what the pro's are doing. Watch what they do, and learn from there mistakes and successes. Don't give up if you make a mistake, just learn from it and do better next time. You should also always listen to your Coach. Most of the time he knows what's going on a lot better than you do. Go above and beyond what they ask of you.

i agree with emma and charity.Look at drills here on weplay and watch real RB.Give it all you got and if u make a mistake admit them dont repeat them.Listen to coaches and teammates.Because listening to teammates can help u and coaches.

I suggest Plyometrics (for youth not adults). I used that for my son and we've had terrific success. An information resource you should try is SpeedTrainingReview.com. They give you pointers and also direct you to places where you can get quality speed training equipment.
