I need help getting back on football field. Any coaches other to help a great athlete get back in the game?

im not a coach but running is always a good way to get in shape and strengthen your muscles. mainly start with strengh training then you can lift weights.

One information site that I visit almost every day is http://www.SpeedTrainingReview.com. They give good tips on just what you are looking to do. If you are looking for speed equipment products, I swear by http://www.AgilitySpeedTraining.com, as the site is run by former D1 athletes, and coaches.
