    every day every second. every minute, always. you should always be training and running and getting better. join other sports to keep you in shape.

    he best time to get better is off season
    join an all year wrestling club
    the wrose thing to do is join other spors always stay with wrestling if you want to be the best

    I think I saw Ken Chertow (who I consider the authority on US youth wrestling) write once that the most critical "learning period" is ages 12-16. But I agree with above posts that there is never a bad time to learn and train.

    the best time is before practice, after practice, at home, sleeping. ALL THE TIME!!!!! never stop working. Rule #12 of the 16 wrestling rules states "Remember that when your not working to improve, your competition is."

    practice is always good but you need to have some down time. Its good to play other sports that you like todo.

    The "off-season" is a great time to make up ground.
