cheerleading games

Group of 7-9 year olds. After every practice they like to play games that involve treats. I'm running low on ideas. Any suggestions would be great!! By the way...they are a GREAT group of girls!!!!

"Coach Says" (like Simon Says, but with cheerleading moves)

"Build a Monster" - separate team into two or more groups of 5 or more people. Give specifics about a "monster" they must build (ex. it must have only 6 legs, 4 arms, must make a sound, and be able to travel 10 feet). Then the team links arms, stacks on top of one another, or does whatever they can to meet the specifications of the monster. Hint: two hands laced together can act as one leg of the monster. The first "monster" to travel the required distance (while making their sound!) wins!

"Build a Machine" - Again, this one is with teams of people. Assign or have them draw from a hat a machine they must build - washing machine, toaster, dish washer, car... First one to finish a functioning machine wins. For example, a toaster might look like this: one person is the "toast" and loads (or is loaded by others) into the "toaster" (a basket, cradle, or any position where a group is holding onto her), the toast eventually "pops" out of the "toaster" (and is caught of course)
