Maybe your theme could be something along the lines of of whatever your team mascot id=s or what your team name is. Then all you have to do is think about words and catchy cheers to put together that involve few jumps and little tumbling that is too hard. I hope this helps!! :)

Well, you could get the girls that know how to DO flips/handsprings and get them to do some. And for the ones that DON'T know how to do flips/handsprings to find a song (Tonights gonna be a good night tonight is a song I suggest) and make up a routine to that.

All the girls these days like BABY. With the age group you have I would keep it easy for the younger ones. Put the older girls in front and the others will follow them.
