HELP!!!! I can do an eagle but I cant get high enough in to a toe touch? What should I do?

    its fine stretch twice as much and then do it alot and bring your arms straight not in a high -v i hope this helps!!!!

    3. stretch and run two laps and do it a cuple of times and keep your arms tight and u can do it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Well first off not to be rude but a eagle is pretty easy, so all you have to do is jump a little higher, then youtry to touch your toes. Remember to point your toes! hpe this helps!

    2. well truley the point of a toe touch isn't to touch your toes it's to get as high as possible with your toes pointed

    you should try doing splits OVER AND OVER again that's how i learned!!!!

    well, you could do splits and strech and make sure that ur toes are pointed up

    stretch stretch stretch! and then take a LITTLE break then stretch stretch stretch! again... seriously it works ive tried..

    The higher you can jump the easier it will be. We have to do drills where we jump on and off a stack of mats as high as our hips. It has really improved my height on jumps.
