When I did Junior Gold a couple monthes before I got the Elite Saber. Its a really good ball. It plays good angle and basically, if you shoot for a 10 pin it comes back to the pocket if you dont flatten it. On the PBA "Cheetah"oil pattern and I was standing on 35 and playing 10. I highly recommend it. Its pretty good priced for what it does. Good Luck!

Tristan:
Suggest you get with a USBC Certified Coach (Silver or Gold) as well as find an IPBSIA Certified Pro Shop in your area. The bowlign equipment you currently have may be more than adequate for the different lane conditions. Often the adjustments are where you stand and target on the lanes as opposed to changing balls. However, if you see extreme conditions (oil or dry) then more consideration should be given to not only the bowling ball but how it's set up (drilled). I've seen way too often that bowlers come to tournaments with 6-10 bowling balls that are all drilled exactly the same.
Find help in your local area (Coach and Pro Shop) and you'll be much happier in the end.
Good luck!
