Question
What are some stretches for doing the splits?
I can almost go all the way down what are some good stretches to help me

have someone push down on your shoulders.....I used to have my mom push down while I watched t.v. to keep my mind off of it

Hurdler stretch to each side and stretch to flexed toes.

Try putting your front foot on a raised surface, slide down as far as you can, then hold your arms up for 30 secs. It hurts, but you'll have your splits in no time if you keep at it.

go on the floor and go as far as you can and then stay there for 20minutes and then go farthger for 20 minutes and farther till u get it

Wow, what my coach told me is to bend one leg and strech out the other in the split position. Well my coach i had last year. another cool thing we did was lie on the floor and push our diaphrams while we shouted.

we do one where a friend hold your leg up in the air until u start to hurt once it starts to hurt your friend will hold it there then the nxt leg uh sit on the ground legs spread apart then hands go out in front of u and leah forward stretch forward!!
