How to get your thighs really thin

I'm pretty smal for the most part but my thighs are Reaaalllly big and it bothers me a lot...whatever i do i can't seem to get them thinner

    Lunges, running, squats, etc. You can look it up on YouTube. They've got some really good workouts.
    It might also have something to do with what you eat.

    2. No. Running as really makes you slender, more so than any other exercise. They key is burning more calories than you consume. Some people run miles and miles. That is one method. I am a proponent of the 1 1/2 mile run (done in less than 11 minutes), three times a week. I think that long term that is better on your knees--long term.

    3. Let me say that again since I am unable to edit. Running makes you thinner, as long as you burn more energy than you consume. Some run three or four miles several times a week. I prefer 1 1/2 mile runs, trying to finish under ten and a half minutes. Long term, i have always felt that best for the knees
