Get out and play some street soccer with your friends. There's no better conditioning program than playing the game itself.

i agree wit Ken. if you go out and have a friendly game with friends or something, and you play for as long as a regular game would be, you get used to running for that amount of time. i play soccer and my coach always has us run laps and do technical stuff that involvs running and getting in shape. hope this helps.

run. work your leg muscles. lift weights. i agree though, play with some friends. i am always kicking a soccer ball around where ever i go to work on control. try doing some freestyle soccer juggling too, it helps with control.

I bought some speed training equipment at www.AgilitySpeedTraining.com. He got faster in football, producing 16 touchdowns this year versus 8 last year. I think that stuff works for all sports, including soccer.
