Continue to develop your handles, quickness and speed, and concentrate on being a pass first guard (Magic Johnson). Get yourself some McDavid body armour and protect yourself, but develop a fierce drive (Alan Iverson). Be fearless. Your shots will come, but when you step on the court, you should be the man who makes everyone play better (Steve Nash). Being small, you also have to give your all, all the time. And that's okay. Now go break some ankles.

try to practice hard with strength like jordan, good downtown shooting like kobe, put it down in the basket like shaq, and practice your defense.
