how old do you have to be to run track?
I need to know how old you have to be because I want to run.

well how old are you now?? i know you dont have to be very old. like 10 maybe

9 & up for outside, but in elementary school it is grades 3-5

u usaly have to be in the 6-7-8-9-10-11-12 grade to be in track i dont think it maters about the age
