what is the easiest wayto improve flexibility
i used to be super flexible so flexible that i could do a bridge and and put my head next to my feet then i moved and i didnt have much grass and i totally lost my flexibility

Make sure you stretch ALL THE TIME! Also just keep practicing your bridges because you will eventually get it back!

There's not really an easy way to get all your flexibility back. You just have to practice everyday. Don't stress you muscles too much though.

Streching really helps. I've found if you are sore in a sertain area, ask your coah to see what streaches will help more.

Stretch every day multiple times per day. If you are sitting watching tv stretch the entire time! No joke... you will improve your flexibility quickly.

Stretch, stretch, stretch all three splits for at least two times everyday .

Lots of stretching especially if your a flyer being flexible is needed. when your bored or watching tv sit in the splits for a whilee and soon enough you will be able to go all the way down
