how do u drop a lot of weight really fast

I want to be a flyer im flexible and got everything down to be a flyer i just dont want to be in a stunt doin a heelstretch and have jelly rolls or somethin on my side

    Don't worry about that! Even if you have "jellyrolls" when you are doing a heal stretch or something it stretches your belly so that you always look skinny!

    Don't concern yourself with weight lose, but becoming healthy and fit. You can do this by regularly working out and and choosing healthy foods. Don't look for a quick fix...it won't last.

    Jessica,

    First, dropping weight really fast is never a good thing. Any weight loss should be gradual and should center on what Michelle indicated above - staying fit and healthy.

    One of the best ways to find out if that is something healthy for you to do is to find out what your body composition is - your fat %. The best way to do this is through hydrostatic weighing, however, that is expensive and not easy to come by.

    The next best way is to have a professional trainer, one who knows his stuff and measures fat % regularly using calipers. The more sites they use the more accurate the measure.

    They do have machines out there that do an OK job but they are not that accurate and they can be misleading.

    Do not judge weight loss need by weight alone. That is a common misconception by many. A scale only measures weight in general, it does not tell you what that weight is made of - something that is most important. A physically fit and healthy individual with a fat % of say 16% fat might actually weigh more than say an individual of the same height with 24% fat. This is because muscle is denser and weighs more than fat.

    Lastly, based on your avatar pic I would guess you as a teen or pre-teenager. It is important that you do not get hung up on weight and losing weight. Hard thing to do today, but important. Eat foods high in nutrition, lower in fat and sugars, exercise well, don't overeat (portion size), drink plenty of water, don't skip meals, eat consistently throughout the day spreading your food out, and your body will take care of itself. That is the way we are made.

    Again, dropping weight fast is never a good thing. Plus, you want to lose fat only if there is a health need to do so. To do otherwise will only hurt you in the long run.

    Talk to your parents about this - they will help guide you.

    the only way to lose weight fast is to get sick and not eat and you shouldn t do that
