Um I guess its like a back hand spring,but you tuck,and I guess ALOT of practice

I can not do a back flip. That would be cool to be able to.

It's hard to tell someone exactly how to do a back flip (back tuck) over words, since it is a very difficult skill to master!

If you have a trampoline try to do it on their and get really good at it so you can get the motion then try it on mats then floor once you get it on mats easily! Good luck!
