Question
All games governed by ASA rules, but one ump called it three different ways and does not want to help by showing us the rule in the ASA rulebook so that we can show our daughter and explain this to her...Would like to know the ASA's rule on the infield fly so that we can explain it to her and not be confused ourselves.

INFIELD FLY: A fair fly ball, not including a line drive or an attempted bunt which can be caught by an infielder, pitcher or catcher with ordinary effort when first and second or first, second and third bases are occupied with less than two outs. This is right out of the ASA rule book.
