    Get you kids in football shape... Tons of sprints and strecting. Make sure they drink plenty of water not to much gatorad....don't want to spoil the children.... have classroom session out side getting them used to football lingo and terminology.... let your player dictate your style of offense aor defense not vice versa....

    Honestly I would get together with your local high school coach's and ask them
    what kind of program they run plus the practice drills and skills they do. Your
    players will be better off for that type of knowledge when they reach for the next
    level. All you need to provide are the basic fundamentals from the high school
    program, don't let your players dictate how or what your trying to do. Kids need
    discpline and structure, once you have that foundation, anything is possible.
