have your dad drill you in the head(with a helmet on) with baseballs. thats how i over came my fear.

Fear of the ball is the most common problem for young hitters. I coach a team of 9&10 year olds, most of them have "happy feet" even when the pitch is over the plate.
Fear of getting hit by the pitcher is a comfort - confidence thing. The more you play and get comfortable around the ball, the less fear you will have.
I would suggest having your dad, mom, or coach hit you fly balls, it you can get under and catch a fly ball, you can do anything! Also put on a hemet, grab a bat and when your team's pitcher is warming up stand in the batters box and just track (watch the pitch, don't swing) many great major leaguers like Barry Bonds did that.
When I was younger I had a fear of the ball too, you will out grow it!

When you're pitching - finish your follow through into an infielder stance with your hands up. Have someone throw you ground balls, popups and come-backers while you're on the mound for practice.

yeah and also if you need to feel more prtected and comfortable at the mound you can get one of those pitching masks that my pitcher has

for me i just know that ive gotten hit before, and it has never hurt so much that i couldn't continued pitching. ur reflexes will usually shield you most of the time. That's how most pitchers make those catches.

when i pitch i dont think about getting hit i focus on the catchers glove. i have 3 runs scored on me in about 6 innings im doing okay at pitching. i have about 10 k's this year. but yea i almost got hit by my coach when we did fielding practice ever since then i have no fear of getting hit.

maybe practice with softer t-balls and just dont think about it in the game
-
