You can find a lot of throwing drills on my blog - http://www.seamusbaseball.blogspot.com

Jusst practice throwing long distances. Even use weighted balls. It will help make your arm stronger Ask your coach and your second base men for personal practice so you can just practice on distance, speed and strength. don't forget there are skills and drills on weplay that you can look at too

Be careful with weighted balls, they can cause injury. Many years ago the Mets had an Outfielder named Mookie Wilson (he hit the ball thru Bill Buckners legs to win the World Series in 1986) who hurt his arm because he was practicing with wet baseballs that were too heavy.
I suggest strenthening you wrist and using your wrist to finish off your throws.
Also if you have someone that can hit you outfield fly balls, the throw backs will really strengthen your legs, core, arm and wrist. That's why Major league pitchers shag balls in the outfield during batting practice to strengthen their bodies and arms.

Accuracy would only be achieved with constant practice. check your grip and how you throw. Do you have enough momentum that you naturally follow through? It's hard to throw sitting down, try to quickly stand on your feet to throw harder.

try throwning from your knees to each base. first on your right knee, then your left... do that for a while and i garentee that your throw will get harder.

I am a catcher and I used to have these problems too. I agree with throwing long distances but dont do it too much, make sure you give your arm a break every once in a while. This should make your arm stronger. Make sure your foot work is good too, you should be squared up to each base you are throwing to. I would work on accuracy first, then how quick your release is, then how hard you can throw. Work on that in order and you should be good to go! :) good luck with everything!

Be careful throwing weighted balls it can cause injury if done improperly. You need to stretch before you throw. Long toss with regular softballs and throwing junior sized footballs is better than weighted softballs. You can also exercise with light weight dumbells (5 - 10 lbs) to build arm strength.
