What is the age we talking about? Arm strength should be an off season routine.

Your arm is like a whip, the power from your legs is generated up through your back, upper shoulder and finally ending in your fingertips. I do not want to confuse you. Your arm is similar to perpetual motion. If you lift weights i would recommend light weights and high reps. you do not want bulky arms, this will limit your range of motion. Running ,sprinting, getting into the best condition is very important. There is no quick fix solution. Hope this helps, probably not the answer you were looking for. Good luck!

Long toss is a good drill that will improve arm strength and arm accuracy at the same time... Hope this helps. =)

Whatever you do, DO NOT USE TRAINING BALLS! I suggest long toss and some lite dumbell exercises to build up strength in your shoulder, biceps, and triceps. Also, make sure you stay well conditioned.

Push-ups build almost every muscle in your arms and your back. They will probably help you.
