Thanks for joining the Weplay community. Happy to help answer your questions.

First great job setting up a league page. This is your league's unifying group and every one of your members should join it.

From here, each Coach should build out their own team page (invite their specific players, parents, fans, etc) and link it to the master league group. This way, everyone's apart of the same overseeing league, but each age group or division is ensured the privacy, safety and necessary team features (roster, team specific calendar) to stay organized all season.

As the league organizer, you can assign each of your coaches as co-organizers of the league page, in case they have unique updates to share. Likewise, each coach or team organizer in your league can add you as a co-organizer to their team, so you can drop by and post updates. Either way, it's up to you all to decide what works best.
