Looking for Volleyball Camps or Clinics volleyball tournaments or games

My daughter is a passionate volleyball player, she has been playing volleyball for 4 years. She is getting ready to start high school in the fall, and wants to tryout for the team. We have played 2 years of travel volleyball, the first year was not a very pleasant experience for her. This current year has been a learning experience for her as she learned to play Libero and wants to continue to improve in that position along with learning to be a player that can play any position well. She feels that would make her more of an assest to any team.

The camp experience should be a fun and learning experience for your daughter. I would first have HER ask her high school coach to-be what he/she recommends for summer camp. Many times a high school team will travel to a college camp in the summer. If her high school is not participating in a summer camp, I would ask your club coach or club director for their recommendations. I would also try and find a teammate or two from her club team to join your daughter at the camp (especially if it is an overnight camp). It is also a good time to start to consider the college your daughter might have interest in attending (yes, already!). Many scholarships are offered in a child's junior year of high school and college coaches are starting to recruit 13, and 14 year olds. Get your daughter's name and face in front of a potential school ASAP. But let me reiterate, this should ultimately be about fun for your daughter. Good luck!
