well a lot of baseball players use a pair of batting gloves and i dont know if the help you keep the bat still or do they keep the sweat from your hands off the grip so it wont fly out your hands

the reason payers use batting gloves is not for grip because they could just use pine tar they use them because they don t want to get blistres

people use batting gloves for 2 reasons.1 to get a good grip on the bat,2 to not get blisters.(hope i helped!)

I like a new pair of Franklin gloves I have - they are padded in the fingers.

bating gloves just help u hold the bat and take some of the impact

They help take away blisters, grip the bat, and not take off skin. Batting gloves help a ton, esspecially if you bat and practice a lot.

Another thing on why people wear batting gloves is because when you hit a 60 mile an hour ball it sometimes hurts real bad.
