what are the best flag football plays for 8 on 8 5 second delay flag football 10 and under.

looking for flag football plays for 8 on 8 10 and under with a 5 second delay for the quarterback before the defense is allowed to rush the QB.

    If you have a QB who can throw and a back who can catch then run a 5yd flat. In flag, the DLB's will hang in the middle leaving their sides exposed. Also, use your tackle (if he can catch) as a TE or just run a tackle sweep!
