Theymay have blocked weplay as junk email. If they have never gotten any from the system then that would be the most likely reason. They need to add weplay to their safe senders list, it may be blocked at the server level as well.

This has just started happening to me, also, and I am the one maintaining our weplay page. It is very frustrating. The emails just stopped coming. It makes me wonder who else on our team isn't getting the messages. I've been using weplay for all of my team communication this season.
