Cattle bells. Get a weight that you are comfortable with. Do not overdo this exercise. Make sure your arms are stretched out before doing reps. There are many things you can do with cattle bells. Hope this helped.

Mikan drills, http://www.weplay.com/youth-basketball/drills/575-The-Mikan-Drill, are great for working both your shooting hand and your off hand. Do them with a weighted basketball and you will improve your shooting skills and build muscle. You can get medicine balls in various weights and practice shooting with them as well as passing with them. They do not work as well for dribbling, for that use the weighted basketball.

Free weights, or kettle bells, are great for doing biceps/triceps curls, chest presses, dumbbell flys, shoulder presses, wrist curls, lunges, calf raises, etc... All these will build upper and lower body strength. You want to work each arm and may have to use a lighter weight on your right until it is as strong as your left. Try not to use a weight bar for the biceps curls as your stronger hand will work harder and you will not isolate the weaker side. Dumbbells, or kettle bells, are best for this as they isolate each arm. Do not try and lift heavier weights than what you are comfortable with as that will lead to injury and whenever possible lift with a partner/spotter. Hope that helps you out!

i think it's not about strength, is about the accuracy of your right hand, so you need
    to train your right hand.
    My advice: weak hand dribbling
    1. very low dribbling, to train your ball sense and the forearm
Also any kinds of dribbling drills can help.
    2. two balls dribbling drills
    3. with tennis ball (check out Cannon Baker.)

Just do everything with your weak hand. Such as: brushing your teeth, eating and using utensils, stuff like that. :).
