    Lindsey:
Do you have an injury? Why do you believe you need a wrist support? If so, there are so many available it's near impossible to identify what is the best.

I personally use the Ebonite Striker. It is similar to a Mongoose which is what I used when I started bowling competitively.

The only thing I think I should stress is don't get to where you depend only on the wrist support to bowl well. It is an excellent tool to train your wrist to have a consistent release. You should try practicing with one and see if it helps with consistency. You might have to try several different ones. I would recommend trying a Mongoose style support because its not metal and mechanical. It will just keep your wrist supported and your release the same shot after shot.

    Good luck!

I have arthritis in my right wrist (the hand i bowl with) i wear a brace called a Pro-Release it is the brace that is red and black, and it is fully adjustable. It is about 50 dollars and it is a wonderful brace! Maybe you can pick one up!
