Hustle, compete hard, show up early, stay late. Do what you are told and don't say "I know" to any instruction - Just say "okay" or "yes".
Also, practice improving your weaknesses. If you can't hit a curve, practice that more, if you cant' throw strikes, take more time to work on it.
Always try to make yourself a better player.

Push yourself, be a leader. Listen to your coaches and do exactly what they tell you exactly as they tell you to. Improve on anything you need to, wether it's catching fly balls, bunting whatever you need work on. Never have a bad attitude or doubt your teammates, your coach will notice that and will give you less playing time at your position.

hitting high and long balls, pitching fast and accurrate and getting people out,but dont try to pitch as fast as you can because you will over do it and walk all the batters

If you want to impress me, start with a good attitude. Show up on time, be ready to work, don't walk anywhere except when you are told to walk - run. Listen anytime coach is talking to you, and ask questions to better understand and always try to do as he instructs, even if you've been taught differently before. Be a cheerleader to and an encouragement to other players. Don't ever assign blame. Finally, do all this while having fun.

Great bunch of answers the coaches gave you Cooper, now go out there an impress those old coaches

Alright dude, the thing coaches care about most is if you're thinking out there on the field. Unless your in the pros and that Blue Jays logo represents your team, coaches are going to be more impressed if you think it through and make the right play than if you can hit like Reggie Jackson, but don't think at the plate. Like know what you have to do. lets say you're a shortstop, know what you need to do on a groundball hit to you with one out and a runner on first, and the like. also, make good to memorize the team's signals.

Agreed! Don't worry about hitting it far. Most coaches are looking for base hitters. And play a position that you are good at.
-
They are looking for players with willingnese to win and to play.also for players who huslte and are aggresive in the batters box and in the field
