What are "must have" items at a concession stand?

I operate a concession stand at a complex in Upstate NY that is used by baseball and softball little league minors and majors teams as well as t-ball and instructional level teams. I'm always looking for new things to try and would love some feedback.

Sports drinks! Maybe sunblock? I always love it when a concession stand has the essentials (hot dogs, burgers, chips, juice, water, soda). Here in Hawaii, some also offer shaved ice or slushies of some sort. On colder nights, there is hot cocoa and ramen.

Pizza and nachos are also good ones.

My girls and I (I have 3 softball chics!!) always get excited for "ballgame nachos" whenever one of them have a game to play. A nice coke with ice in it and ball game nachos are a MUST. I also like the concession stands that offer crinkle cut french fries with bottles of ketchup on the counters that you can use to pump out ketchup onto the fries!! Of course, my girls think snow cones are a HUGE necessity when you walk up to a concession stand.....

Don't forget popcorn. And it's always good to have items for a nickel or a dime. I love watching little children make their decisions between bubble gum, Airheads, or licorice. Making their own choices with their money is a big deal to them.

At our concession stands they have pickle pops for a $.25. It is just frozen pickle juice in a small tiny container. They are a hit with all the kids and some grown ups. Gets you a little farther on the profit
