Of course you can but is it high school or league? ASA or NFHS? Both have web sites that can be accessed to get those rules. Now if it's a league that has their own rules, normally there ASA just with revised rules that have been normally added to those rules. High School though is different than ASA. depending on what league you coach. Most likely it is best to go to the type of league you play such as ASA, PONY, USSSA and order one directly. Also, most of your local sporting goods stores will have them, you may just have to ask.

If you do a Yahoo or Google search you can find a rule book online. It may not be the most recent, but if there is any major rule changes you'll find out in the search. Remember, some leagues have there own modified rules.
