stretch for your life.... lol the most important thing to do is be spirited if you feel a little goofy then your doing it right.
if you have never really cheered before then...
work on leg musle

you should stretch a lot. work on strength for your arms legs and stomach. work on the simple jumps and cheer motions. work on simple cheers and make sure to yell loud because that is what cheering is all about
any ideas on how to stretch more for a bow n arrow??
