What are some good drills to help with jukes/ moves in soccer

    1. One of the better drills that I learned at soccer camp was the sharks vs. minnows drill. Look it up, it would take a while for me to explain it on here, but now you have somewhere to start.

    Youtube has several videos that are fun to watch and try.

    Can't really suggest any individual drills, but you can pick out one or two turns/moves and work on them by yourself, then find a buddy or family member to try them on. Hopefully your coach will run practices to work on turns and a couple moves and you can refine them there. The bottom line is to get out and play around with a ball. Practice basic turns and cuts. Practice kicking the ball against a wall and receiving with different parts of the body. Juggle daily. Most of all, have fun.
