i like softball more than cheer leading

not really sure, i basket tosses r!

no basket tosses are legal we do twisting baskets and in our tumbling we do tucks out of roundoffs or backhandsprings i was just wandering if any stunt my team does is illegal

please dont let them get hurt!!! I have fallen and its not pretty. Im not sure ho old the girls r on ur team, but if they r under nine NO BASKET TOSSES!!!

the people on my team are from 11 and younger so some of the basers are under nine but we havent dropped anyone. our coaches train us not to drop them if we drop our flyer were off the team so we dont drop them. thats why the older girls are backspots so if the fler is learning something new and they go a little crazy the older ones will catch them

when i was level 3, we did squirpions, heel stretches: at extended level, and we did full baskets, and for tumbling we had tucks and back handsprings

ok um im on a differnent level this year its still level 3 but were gonna be level 4 since the new season started.
