Do a regular backband then flip. That's how you begin.

Start with bridge kick-overs and bridge handstand fall to bridge! This will help you get the movement! Then, for the front walk-overs, do handstand fall to bridge and stand up out of your bridge! Make each of these movements quicker and smoother and before you know it you will have a back walk-over, front walk-over!! Good Luck!

I'm in gymnastics and I don't think i'll be much help but i'll try!! ok first for a back walkover you reach back and arch (your on your feet when you start) then once your hands are on the ground you lift your hand up and try and stand! For a front walkover you start on your feet but go foward then put your hands on the ground. then when your hand and foot are on the ground you lift up your hands and try and stand up!! I hope I helped. By the way don't get disscourged if you don't get it the first time it takes time to get!! :)
