I suppose there is but I would always recommend a spotter to help with gymnastifc moves. Working on shoulder flexibility, the kind that allows your arms to stretch farther behind your head when straight, is always a good idea. As is leg and hip flixibility. The more you use shoulder, hip, and leg flexibility (if you split to walk over), the safer and better your back bend will be.

ooooh the way i learned is to 1. have ur feet firmly on the ground 2.FOLLOW YOUR HANDS 3.be confident and sure do not back out of it 4. go down not to fast but slow enough so that u dont hit ur head

Well i taught this girl how to do it by going like youre going to go back on the wall and walk your way down make your wall like a spotter, if this doesnt make sense ask and i'll record it and put it on here
