Question
This girl is always at practice and is always the one who brings the most stuff for fundraisers. Her parents are always calling me and asking if I need anything and she is always doing the same. I never have to worry about her. When ever I need her to fly she is right there, if I need her to base she does it, if I need a back spot she volunteers. If there is no where for her to stunt she is front and center calling out cheers. I want to give her an award for most resourceful but i feel that is not the right way to word it. Can anybody help.

you should give her the dedication award or good sportsmannship my friend in all star cheerleading at the end of the season got the dedication award she would show up to practice sick and still gave her all into that one practice

We give an award as Best All Around for the season and that does not mean they have to be the best player on the team either. Dedication/Sportsmanship/Leader etc are the qualities we look for.
