Coaches normally look for a hard worker, with a good attitude, who shows potential in what they do and are passionate about what they are doing.

When your trying out to be a cheerleader coaches look for many things but a few
things that you must have is spirit, tech,you must be able to show leadership,and
intellegence.

As a former coach, I looked for hard workers, students who had the requisite skills, and great attitudes.

Great attidues! good skills, fun to be around, bubbly, will work hard, and not give up!

You have to be loud because in school cheerleading you'll be judge on your chants,jumps, and tumbling and stunting sequence.And coach most look for your school spirit. And you have to know how to do a backtuck backhandspring because they are seen alot in cheerleading espically high school.
