Isaac,
Playing well under pressure takes practice and improves with experience. Your coach may be able to run some drills under simulated pressure situations. Individually you need to work on focusing your attention on the task. You will likely need coaching instruction on both of these. The better you become in non-pressure situations, the better you'll likely be in clutch situations. -
Breath and concentrate and if it helps think of your fav song then start singing it in your head :)

IT ALL COMES FROM A MENTAL STAND POINT...ALL YOU HAVE TO THINK ABOUT IS HOW YOUR GOING TO HELP YOUR TEAM AND RUN WITH IT.
-
Put your head up high and go for it.

well what helps me is just to think on the game not on the score or the people around me just on what i am saposed to do and think that i want to win and just do my best because i know that if i focus on other things then i will not be playin my best because i am thinking on who is in the stands or how much time i have left or even what the score is so just focus on your job on the team and on what you need to do!!!

Keep your mind off of it and just play dude. Think of it as the first quarter and the score is 0-0. Just play your best and dont worry about the quarter and youll be fine.
