Taking my 70lb jr. football team to the County championship, nothing i have ever lived in my athletic life prepared me for the enjoyment I would get from watching kids learn. We lost the game, but came away with so much more,

    Kelcy,

I am more interested in yours than mine. My question to you would be why this one sticks out more than any other? I always like the story behind the story. And, depending on your age, do you think the next one will surpass this one.

My answer to your question would actually occurred in my last year of high school when I was faced with something athletically that looked from the outside to be impossible to achieve. Many would be suprised at that if they knew the accomplishments I was lucky enough to achieve in college (Honors & Awards at bottom of home page: http://www.becomingatruechampion.com/)

My life really changed that last year in H.S., so much came into focus, so much was learned. I sometimes wonder what I was thinking when I made a statement that would change me forever. It is so funny how one instant in a persons life can redirect everything.

I would like to say that I have many accomplishments but it feels like I should have more I mean, when I was twelve I moved from one state to another and I didnt expect to do well but that very summer my team played in TCS nationals and my team came in 3rd but now Im a freshmen and havent really done anything spectacular since then, but being a freshmen pitcher making varsity prob is another good acheivment but I honestly want to win a national title!

My greatest accomplishment has now happened several times, whenever one of my players tells me I've learned a lot this year, or that's the first time I ever learned that.

mine is when i was playing a divisional game for championship when i was 12. we were down 4 to 2 in the second gme and if we lost we went home. it was bottom of the 6th and 2 outs. had a guy on first and second and i belted a homer 300 ft over left feild fence. we lost the 3rd game and that was it but man was it thrilling to have one of those moments.
