Good question! I think 28 medals, I don't think that really good a winter olympics, they are way better the summer olympics, in my opinion.

The US does tend to earn more medals at the summer games, but the two can't be equally compared since the summer games feature many more events.
I think the US is having a great winter showing. The Alpine team did so well and Johnny Spilane pulled in the first U.S nordic medal ever! Great stuff.
