Every league either recrational or select have thier own personal rule book, There should be something in there about arbitration procedures, follow the steps when you have a dispute about stuff, these procedures should also go for the district commisoner abiding by the the rule book

I have been doing this for years and this sounds like what i went threw when i started.First your not going to help your daughter if you go and ruffel all them feather because in the end you will be in the same situation when you started but now your daughter will get the fall out from it. The best thing you can do is help your daughter get better, find a hitting, throwing pitching coach(s) take her to the batting cages, there are some great videos on softball skills, like i tell my parents, I only have 4-5 hours with your kids a week your need to some time in also. Hope this helps

As a current coach I would need some more information about how she is being treated unfairly to give pinpoint and sound advice. My advice that I would give and that I have given in the past is if the problem is with the coach/team then try and go onto a new team whose coaching philosophy is more inline with your own. In some cases changing teams midseason is not accepted, so this would be something that would need to be addressed in the off season.

What is the situation exactly? Another question would be "how" did you approach each one of the people in the chain of command?
There are definitely approaches that result in poor resolutions and ones that result in successful resolutions.
There are so, so many ways to perceive fairness or unfairness and so my advice to you is...
To take a couple of steps back from the situation. Get some perspective and try to extract the emotion and look at it with some clear thoughts.
I do wonder about any advice that each one of the chains of command gave you and why you feel the issue wasn't addressed to your satisfaction...
Is it because no one supported your thinking? That could be something to consider - was it actually an 'unfairness' issue.
I have been caught up in many situations where parents don't hear the 'whole' story and certainly more that take a defensive approach instead of a proactive one.
If you feel comfortable, tell us more about the situation itself please.
