Assuming that you have already asked him face to face, try putting your request in a well written letter. If you don't get a timely response then it's time to involve your parents. I would think that every coach would at least give you a shot at pitching during practice. However, the coaching staff reserves the right not to pitch you in a game situation. Keep asking...the squeaky wheel gets the grease. -
try harder to get better

you have to wait a while so that he can forget about it and than you ask if you can pitch!!

try and make yourself stand out. if you pitch in a group at practice then try extra hard and show that you deserve to pitch. also talk to your coach if he still doesnt let you pitch start looking for teams in need of pitchers.

doesnt matter if you are a commited pitcher....and if you have a good coach he will be watching you.............DUH
