Question
i try ,try and try but i can never get down into my split!!! Any suggestions??
Never can get down. HELP!!!!! In ballet class we do them ever week... :(

you should so stretches for flexibility especially for your legs over time you'll be able to do it

get down act like your not even doing one act like it is relaxing

wel, i took a measuring tape and went down as far as i could and i would measure it.... the next day i would try to go down about an inch before i knew it i had my split:)

I am in gymnastics. In order to get down further you have to stretch the muscles. Our coach will place a folded mat in front, elevating the front foot while doing the split. It hurts but does work.

Do it in stretchy blue jeans, I always seem to be able to do it that way. But BE WARNED It may hurt once you get out of it for a few days if the muscles are not stretched to a point before going into the split
