Carly there are a lot of things you can do. Squats and lunges are always tons of fun, lol. Along with crunches and push ups. There are also a lot of videos out there that don't require anything extra, unless you want to get hand weights but they don't require them. The most important thing is to use proper form when you do them and most videos I have seen show proper form.

Can also do pushups with a filled backpack to add more weight and recreate the experience of lifting heavier weight.

Or do 4 sets of as many as you can for power muscle building...for each set when you can't do more the regular way, do as many on your knees. Go until you reach full burn out and then take a 2 minute break before your next set. You'll notice increased strength by being able to beat your high pushup # soon enough. If you want more lean muscle, do many short sets, like 10 sets of 10.

For triceps, besides doing dips with chairs or a bed to hold your body and ankles up, you can also do tricep pushups by moving your hands next to each other in the pushup position.

For back and biceps, pull ups and chin ups are the best or use water jugs/filled plastic bags to do curls. Try to make sure you have the same weight in each bag or jug to balance the conditioning on each arm.

To improve your jumping use stairs. If you have stairs in the house hop up them 1 at a time. If you do not have stairs, find a step and hop on and off it until you get tired each day. You can also pratice flexing your different muscle groups. Hold each flexed muscle for 30-60 seconds.

Negative push ups work wonders, as well as crunches to tighten your core.

As the others have said, pushups and situps work wonders on your strength. Just do a lot of sets. Once you start being able to do 10 of them easily, go down slowly and come back up slowly. Buy a Body Ball and work with that. It will help develop your inner core strength.
