i am 11 years old and i have a good foot

    Set the ball up like a squib and then kick it on the top or middle of the ball + make sure the ball goes 10 yards.

    get a target...bucket,,,old sand box...set your bike on the ground 10 yards away....set your ball up and kick at that target until you get it down...make sure you approach the ball like any other kickoff but on your last step hold back on the strength of your kick and kick the top of the ball forcing the ball into the ground at an angle and letting it bounce into the air spinning in the direction of your target...sorry if this doesnt make sense...its hard to describe in a post.... but if all else fails ...check out the skill section on weplay or in USA football...one of those two places will have video tutorials on how to do it correctly...if not there is always You Tube. Good luck!

    The secret to a good onside kick is to always stay on top of the ball. If you kick it and the ball went end over end you hit it just right. Keep practicing you'll get it.

    kick the top of the ball and it will deflect off the ground into the hopfuly will go ten yards.
