Been there done that. It sucks dont care what they think if you love cheerleading just go for it it doesnt matter what other people think. Try toning up and practice and in time without trying the weight will turn into muscle

I agree! People can be so rude! If thats what you want to do then do it. Who cares what people think its your body and if cheerleading is what makes you happy then do it.

just dont listen to what other people think and do what you want to do. dont let people get in your way because maybe they are littler than you. just give it your all and try, thats what the judges look for. and make sure you SMILE big!!!!!!!! good luck

i had the same problome and i didnt care what people thought and now im healthy and in shape and having fun so just do what you love to do and it dosnt matter what size you are cheerleading comes from the heart and thats what its all about!! good luck! =)

btw im 14 too lolz and i start this year just wanted to point that out and when i said i was in shape i meant somewhat in shape haha im getting there.......so yeah you could also look up tips online they help me alot so yeah. do your best!!

Cheerleaders need to be confident & even if you aren't very confident try out for cheerleading anyway. Don't forget to smile & have fun. If cheerleading is what you really want to do go for it any way.
