well this is just me, i streched in the split positions 3 times a day for 2 minutes. And sure enough i did my splits...not my middle one tho....im stilll working on that one....

Stretching daily is a great way to increase your flexibility. Lunges, runner's stretch are great exercises. Find a local cheerleader to help you with jumps and motions--the two most basic skills for cheering.
