i think it's 10 feet at least.

It is the same as High School, but a nine year old shouldn't be shooting 3 pointers. They will develop bad habits from having to basically toss the ball that far just to get it to the rim. Yes, they may make a couple and think that they are awesome shooters, but it will hurt them later on in their basketball career.

Agree with George (shouldn't shoot 3's). At that age, you should be working on increasing skill. All shooting should have proper mechanics. (9-10 year old cannot shoot 3's with proper mechanics)

It's the same as the high school 3 point line. Except you probably shouldnt be shooting 3 pointers on a regular basis. You could try one every now and then but you will get bad habits like George said! (lol) But if you just wanna know, it's the same as the others.

It is 19ft 9inches for HS, 23ft 9inches for the NBA. Do not get a kid this small shooting 3 pointers it is not that time yet. BASIC FUNDAMENTALS, Shooting off of a screen, ball handling, mikans, layups and proper shooting mechanics are crucial to be a better player down the road. Start the mechanics of the 3 point shot about 11 if you have a strong kid that shoots with the body and doesn't push the ball with his or her arms.
