what's the question?

He obviously throws hard. Make sure he is using good mechanics or he will be very susceptible to injuries.

Thank you Mark...I will make certain he works on his mechanics. Should Joseph concentrate on one sport over the other? He loves them both equally?

In my opinion, at this age, let him just play and have fun. Don't push him in a certain direction. Let him choose when and if the time comes. I coached a kid a number of years ago who was both a standout baseball and football player. He also played basketball. In high school he quarterbacked the football team to a state title. But, for him, it was baseball that got him the college scholarship offers. He played both and enjoyed each and only chose baseball because of the quality of the college scholarships.
On the other hand, I coached a kid with a good deal of talent a while back. His parents really pushed him to be a pitcher. While the kid loved baseball he was burned out by the time he hit 10th grade. With much arguing he quit the high school team and turned his energies toward other avenues outside of sports.
You just never know. Kids develop differently. Let your son enjoy being a 7-year-old.
